How to cancel or change an order, and when we refund.

Takeout and delivery
Cancel or change free of charge up to two hours before the pickup or delivery time by phone. Inside two hours the food has been carved and the order is charged in full.
Vouchers
Refundable in full within 14 days of purchase if unused. After 14 days, unused vouchers can be transferred to another date but not refunded.
Problems with an order
Missing items, wrong items or food that arrives cold on a hot order: call within one hour of pickup or delivery and we replace it or refund the item.
Catering
Deposits (25%) are refundable up to 14 days before the event. Final headcount is due 72 hours before; charges are based on the final headcount.
How refunds are paid
To the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Discounts from the first-order offer are not restored to cancelled orders; if unused, the offer remains available for your next order.
