Six hours over low fire until the bone slides out.

Do I need a reservation?
Walk-ins are welcome most of the week. Friday and Saturday after 6 PM, reserve by phone; parties of eight or more, always.
Is the market table enough on its own?
Forty dishes: salads, cheeses, charcuterie, hot Brazilian dishes including feijoada, rice and beans. Many vegetarian guests choose it alone at $32.
How is takeout packed?
Carved meat goes in insulated foil trays, sides in sealed containers. Hot orders hold for about 30 minutes; chilled orders come with reheating times.
